I’m happy to announce that ScissorSounds 3 is happening. My apologies on the short notice but Studio BPM in Williamsburg (not to be confused with Studio B in Greenpoint) is a small spot and I really didn’t want to hype the shit out of this. I’m honored to be able to present this awesome lineup at BPM, in their attitude-free, acoustically awesome environment. Warp recording artist and techno/electro wunderkind Jimmy Edgar will headline the night with support from recent BK transplant Eliot Lipp and Boston’s Matters & Dunaway, who will be playing the party for the third straight year. Maniacs!
The party begins at 10 with myself and DJ DRM dropping old school electronic and abstract hip-hop type stuff before and in between. $7 dollar donation at the door with part of the proceeds going to the Epilepsy Foundation in honor of my cousin who recently passed away.
